Issuance was 8,557,010, hence: 10%.<\/p>\n<p>The 900,000-odd new shares added to the 8.6-million old ones should increase the liquidity of WFS.PR.A; it&#8217;s a shame about the credit quality.<\/p>\n<p>WFS.PR.A was last mentioned on PrefBlog when it was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=9142\">upgraded to Pfd-4(high) by DBRS<\/a>.
