The offering will be co-led by RBC Capital Markets and CIBC World Markets.<\/p>\n<p>The proceeds from the re-opening of the Company, net of expenses and the Agents\u2019 fee, will be used by the Company to invest in an actively managed portfolio of dividend-yielding common shares which includes each of the 15 Canadian companies listed below. These are currently among the highest dividend-yielding securities in the S&#038;P\/TSX 60 Index:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dividend15.com\/pdf\/DFN-PrelimSecondaryDec2010.pdf\">preliminary prospectus<\/a> has all the numbers and dates of interest dotted out.<\/p>\n<p>DFN.PR.A was last mentioned on PrefBlog when their secondary offering last spring <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=10235\">raised just over $50-million<\/a>.
