(&#8220;Lifeco&#8221;) has announced today that the redemption prices for all outstanding Capital Shares and Preferred Shares to be paid on July 31, 2012 are as follows:<br \/>\nRedemption Price per Preferred Share: $36.84<br \/>\nRedemption Price per Capital Share: $4.4466<\/p>\n<p>Holders of 27,010 Capital Shares requested delivery of and will receive their pro rata share of portfolio shares in payment for their Capital Shares.<\/p>\n<p>Capital Shares and Preferred Shares of Lifeco are listed for trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols LSC and LSC.PR.C respectively. The Capital Shares and Preferred Shares will be de-listed from The Toronto Stock Exchange as at the close of trading on July 31, 2012.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=19127\">maturity was previously discussed on PrefBlog<\/a>.
