The redemption price for each such share is C$25.00 plus accrued and unpaid dividends thereon of C$0.1233 (excluding declared dividends with a record date prior to January 31, 2013), representing a total redemption price of C$25.1233 per share.<\/p>\n<p>Notice of Redemption has been sent to CDS &#038; Co.
