It is not the same thing as valuation &#8230; but it is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefshares.com\/overview\/valuation.php\">very influential in this calculation<\/a>. It should be noted that in the above graphs, the disparity is calculated according to the pre-tax yield curve, which I never use for valuation purposes.
