A formal notice and instructions for the redemption will be sent to shareholders in accordance with the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attached to the Series J Preferred Shares. The redemption price will be $25.00 per share, plus an amount equal to all declared and unpaid dividends thereon, less any tax required to be deducted and withheld by the Corporation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>GWO.PR.J is a FixedReset, 6.00%+307, which was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=3804\">announced in early November, 2008<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=4188\">closed with the greenshoe fully exercised<\/a>.
