The Preferred Shares shall be redeemed on a pro rata basis, so that each holder of Preferred Shares of record on August 1, 2008 will have approximately 3.311% of their Preferred Shares redeemed. The redemption price for the Preferred Shares will be $27.45 per share.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>BMT.PR.A was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=2088\">confirmed at Pfd-2(low)<\/a> by DBRS in April. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=993\">Last year&#8217;s partial redemption<\/a> was for 36% of the outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>BMT.PR.A is tracked by HIMIPref\u2122.
