The Series 3 Preferred Shares were purchased by a syndicate of underwriters led by CIBC, TD Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets.<\/p>\n<p>The net proceeds of the issue will be used by Aimia to supplement its financial resources and for general corporate purposes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>AIM.PR.C is a FixedReset, 6.25%+420, <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=24141\">announced January 6<\/a>. The issue will be tracked by HIMIPref&trade; but relegated to the Scraps subindex on credit concerns.<\/p>\n<p>The issue traded 537,900 shares today in a range of 25.00-10 before closing at 25.05-07, 6&#215;50.
