Payment of the redemption price will be made by Bank of Montreal on or after May 26, 2014, upon surrender of the Preferred Shares Series 21.<\/p>\n<p>Separately from the payment of the redemption price, the final quarterly dividend of $0.40625 per share for the Preferred Shares Series 21 will be paid in the usual manner on May 26, 2014, to shareholders of record on May 1, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Notice will be delivered to holders of the Preferred Shares Series 21 in accordance with the terms outlined in the Preferred Shares Series 21 prospectus supplement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>BMO.PR.O is a FixedReset, 6.50%+458, <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=5972\">commenced trading 2009-3-20<\/a> after being <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=5836\">announced 2009-3-11<\/a>.
