{"id":25279,"date":"2014-05-16T22:33:44","date_gmt":"2014-05-17T03:33:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=25279"},"modified":"2014-05-16T22:33:44","modified_gmt":"2014-05-17T03:33:44","slug":"hsb-pr-e-to-be-redeemed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=25279","title":{"rendered":"HSB.PR.E To Be Redeemed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HSBC Bank Canada <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hsbc.ca\/1\/PA_ES_Content_Mgmt\/content\/canada4\/pdfs\/personal\/news-room\/2014\/redemption-series-e-shares-16may14.pdf\">has announced<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>HSBC Bank Canada (HSB.PR.E-TMX) today announced its intention to redeem all of its issued and outstanding Non-Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Class 1 Preferred Shares Series E (the &#8220;Series E shares&#8221;), on 30 June 2014, for cash at a redemption price of $25.00 per share.<\/p>\n<p>There are 10,000,000 Series E shares outstanding, representing $250 million of capital.
