Previously, as filed in the preliminary prospectus, the subscription price was set at $24.50. The revised subscription price will be changed to $23.75 upon filing of the final prospectus.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The offering has been <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=2497\">previously noted on PrefBlog<\/a>.
