As a result, on September 30, 2014, Dundee will have 3,479,385 Series 2 Shares and 1,720,615 Series 3 Shares issued and outstanding. The Series 2 Shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol DC.PR.B and the Series 3 Shares will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange effective September 30, 2014 under the symbol DC.PR.D.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>DC.PR.B was <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=26144\">extended on August 26<\/a> and the company <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=26184\">announced the reset to 5.688%<\/a> on September 2.
