I also added a couple fields for entering reset spread and GoC 5 year rate instead of having to modify the dividend formula each time.<\/p>\n<p>Might be useful in place of the one you initially modified, or not. You can check it out, modify it, or throw it out. (it\u2019s Excel 2007)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;ve checked it out and everything is in order; so I have appropriated this development and it is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/xls\/ytc_resets.xlsx\">now available for download<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Note that the new version is a .xlsx file and there may still be a few doddering old fogeys out there who haven&#8217;t upgraded since the last geological era, so the  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/xls\/ytc_resets_150211.xls\">Old .xls version is still available<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a detailed numerical example for the use of this calculator in the post <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=27023\">What is the Yield of HSE.PR.A?<\/a>.
