{"id":2948,"date":"2008-09-10T17:45:46","date_gmt":"2008-09-10T21:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=2948"},"modified":"2008-09-10T17:45:46","modified_gmt":"2008-09-10T21:45:46","slug":"cmprk-settles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=2948","title":{"rendered":"CM.PR.K Settles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce <a href=\"http:\/\/micro.newswire.ca\/release.cgi?rkey=1609107519&#038;view=16497-0&#038;Start=0\">has announced<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>it completed the offering of 12 million non-cumulative Rate Reset Class A Preferred Shares Series 33 (the &#8220;Series 33 Shares&#8221;) priced at $25.00 per share to raise gross proceeds of $300 million.<\/p>\n<p>The offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters led by CIBC World Markets Inc.  Following the successful sale of the initially announced 9 million Series 33 Shares, the underwriters exercised an option to purchase an additional 3 million shares.
