This brings the total issue announced on September 2, 2008, and expected to close September 12, 2008, to 10 million shares and gross proceeds raised under the offering to $250 million. TDBFG has filed in Canada a prospectus supplement to its January 11, 2007 short form base shelf<br \/>\nprospectus in respect of this issue.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Details of this issue <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=2769\">were reported<\/a> when the issue was announced on September 2.<\/p>\n<p>So &#8211; another greenshoe fully exercised for a fixed-reset issue! They&#8217;re clearly easy to sell, despite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=2872\">various reservations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>TD.PR.A traded 908,645 shares today in a range of 25.00-15, closing at 25.10-12, 10&#215;6.
