Dec 23 2015 07:39:11 ET Prospectus supplement &#8211; English PDF 792 K&#8221;. The regulators refuse to allow direct linking to these public documents.<\/p>\n<p>It is of interest to note that the fairness opinion from PricewaterhouseCoopersLLP has not changed in the new prospectus &#8211; not even the date!<\/p>\n<p>To be frank, I have not yet been able to determine any differences between the current offer and the <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=31192\">previous one<\/a>.
