The Series 5 Preferred Shares were redeemed at a price of $25.00 per share. Following completion of the partial redemption, a total of 3,598,203 Series 5 Preferred Shares remain issued and outstanding.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So that&#8217;s an 11% retraction compared to the <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=33028\">theoretical maximum of 15%<\/a> declared in accordance with the <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=32393\">reorganization earlier this year<\/a>.
