As a result, none of the Series 5 Shares will be converted into Series 6 Shares on March 31, 2020.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>HSE.PR.E is a FixedReset, 4.50%+357, that <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=28231\">commenced trading 2015-3-12<\/a> after being <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=28094\">announced 2015-3-4<\/a>. It will <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=40353\">reset at 4.591%<\/a> effective 2020-3-31. I made a <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=40353\">preliminary recommendation<\/a> not to convert.
