The redemption price for each Series 9 Preferred Unit will be C$25.00. Holders of Series 9 Preferred Units of record as of July 15, 2021 will receive the previously declared final quarterly distribution of $0.359375 per Series 9 Preferred Unit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>BEP.PR.I was a FixedReset, 5.75%+501M575, that <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=33093\">commenced trading 2016-5-25<\/a> after being <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=33053\">announced 2016-5-16<\/a>.
