All together, the Company has raised total gross proceeds of $282 million under the offering.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=404\">FBS.PR.B new issue<\/a> closed on December 15. This is good news.
