There were 119,204 Series 30 Shares tendered for conversion, which is less than the one million shares required to give effect to conversions into Series 31 Shares.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It will be recalled that <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=35814\">BAM.PR.Z will reset to 4.685%<\/a> and that I <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=35856\">recommended against conversion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>BAM.PR.Z is a FixedReset, 4.80%+296, that <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=16886\">commenced trading 2011-11-2<\/a> after being <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=16760\">announced 2011-10-24<\/a>.
