As a result, none of Enbridge&#8217;s outstanding Series D Shares will be converted into Series E Shares on March 1, 2018.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>ENB.PR.D is now a FixedReset, 4.46%+237, that <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=17109\">commenced trading (with a 4.00% coupon) 2011-11-23<\/a> after being <a href=\"http:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=17039\">announced 2011-11-14<\/a>.
