The net asset value as of December 15, 2008 was $13.58.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This announcement was actually made the day prior to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=4579\">DBRS announcement of a mass split share review<\/a> including FTN.PR.A.
