{"id":49334,"date":"2018-05-24T20:05:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T00:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=49334"},"modified":"2025-08-14T20:06:50","modified_gmt":"2025-08-15T00:06:50","slug":"enb-pr-f-no-conversion-to-floatingreset","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=49334","title":{"rendered":"ENB.PR.F: No Conversion to FloatingReset"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>p> Enbridge Inc. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enbridge.com\/media-center\/news\/details?id=123515\">has announced<\/a> :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>that none of Enbridge&#8217;s outstanding Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, Series F (Series F Shares) will be converted into Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, Series G of Enbridge (Series G Shares) on June 1, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>After taking into account all conversion notices received from holders of its outstanding Series F Shares by the May 17, 2018 deadline for the conversion of the Series F Shares into Series G Shares, less than the 1,000,000 Series F Shares required to give effect to conversions into Series G Shares were tendered for conversion.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It will be recalled that <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=36619\">ENB.PR.F will reset to 4.689%<\/a> effective 2018-6-1 and will hence be referred to as a FixedReset, 4.689%+251. <\/p>\n<p>ENB.PR.F <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=17604\">commenced trading 2012-1-18<\/a> after being <a href=\"https:\/\/prefblog.com\/?p=17533\">announced 2012-1-9<\/a>.
