(the Promoter).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>CIR.PR.A was last mentioned on the post regarding the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=5484\">DBRS Mass Downgrade of SplitShares<\/a>, at a time when its asset coverage was 0.5+:1. The issue had been <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=3827\">downgraded to Pfd-5(low)<\/a> in November, when the asset coverage was 0.7+:1.
