II <a href=\"http:\/\/www.quadravest.com\/financial%2015%20split%20II\/press\/FFN%20Apr24.07-Special.pdf\">have approved<\/a> the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefblog.com\/?p=736\">term extension to Dec. 1, 2014<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Shareholders were asked to consider a special resolution to amend the articles of the Company to extend the termination date for the Class A Shares and the Preferred Shares to December 1, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Shareholders voted 98.5% in favour of the resolution and Class A Shareholders voted 93.8% in favour of the resolution, and therefore the resolution to extend the termination date to December 1, 2014 was approved at the meeting held earlier today.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefinfo.com\">PrefInfo.com<\/a> and the HIMIPref\u2122 database will be updated with the new scheduled redemption date shortly.<\/p>\n<p><b>Update<\/b>: Updates have been completed. A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefshares.com\/glossary.html#reorgDataEntry\">reorgDataEntry<\/a> has been processed in HIMIPref&trade;\u00a0with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefshares.com\/glossary.html#reorgType\">reorgType<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefshares.com\/glossary.html#REORG_TERMCHANGE\">REORG_TERMCHANGE<\/a> changing from the old <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefshares.com\/glossary.html#securityCode\">securityCode<\/a> A45260 to the new securityCode A45261 &#8230; and of course, all the other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prefshares.com\/glossary.html#permanentDatabase\">permanentDatabase<\/a> tables changed as required to describe the new instrument.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shareholders in Financial 15 Split Corp.
