The change in names follows Capital Power Corporation&#8217;s (TSX: CPX) (Capital Power) acquisition of EPCOR Utilities Inc.&#8217;s power generation assets and operations effective July 1, 2009 when it assumed the role of manager and operator of the Partnership&#8217;s assets.
